Abby is here to listen to your individual goals + help you develop nourishing + sustainable habits to reach your goals . She will assess your alignment, provide personal daily movement practices & sequences, + explore practical strategies to move more parts of you throughout your day.

After your 30 minute session you will discuss a plan of action + how Abby can continue to support you on your movement journey.
